Team Building Event
Everyone
will enjoy a fun competition at the Lana'i Pine Sporting
Clays course. This
state of the art facility will provide an exciting experience for
the novice as well as the experienced shooter. Our
friendly staff
makes everyone feel comfortable while participating in this exciting
event which is often described as "golfing with
a shotgun."
This is a half-day event and can be incorporated with a meal function
(BBQ or Boxed Lunch) if desired. The Lana'i Pine Sporting Clays
course
may be reserved for exclusive use by a group for a maximum of four
hours. The timeline runs as follows:

Includes: Gun and Cartridges, Vest, Eye Protection,

The Sporting Clay Shoot will follow a 60 Target Format involving
10 Stations. The event will proceed as follows:
1. Groups will be transferred to the course from the Lodge
at Koele. Private transportation may be arranged for an additional
fee.
2. All participants outfitted with shooting vests, protective
eyewear, ear plugs, (caps optional at $20 each). Waivers must
be signed by all participants.
3. Groups of up to six people and one instructor will disperse
to the assigned starting point on the course.
4. The shoot-out will begin after an instructional briefing. Each
group, along with the instructor, will walk from station to station.
Each station has targets with varying angles, directions and difficulty.
5. Score cards will be submitted at the clubhouse to determine
rankings.
6. All other shooting options will be assessed a la carte pricing.
A minimum guarantee must be given five days in advance of
shoot.
No refunds will
be given on course buyout fee if the group level drops below 20
after the guaranteed date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the event
fee will be charged for any reduction over 20% of the original
block of reserved spaces as well as any cancellations within five
days of the scheduled event. Any cancellations or no-shows on
the day of the reservation will result in the assessment of the
entire event fee per person.

Groups may choose as many classes or places as they wish.
Merchandise is available from the LPSC Pro Shop as prizes. The
following is an example of prizes that have been popular with
groups and the cost of the items. All items are logo.

Photo Option: Have photos taken at event and
sold in logo frames. Cost will be the logo frames plus photographic
service/processing.
Company logos may be printed or embroidered on any prizes. Lead-time
is five weeks minimum.
Group Operating Procedures
Group requests will be handled in writing through Conference
Services. Conference Services will fill out the group reservation
request form and fax to Lana'i Pine for approval.
Conference Services will be responsible for communicating any
changes or variations to Lana'i Pine on a consistent and timely
basis.
Any additions to the original block of spaces will be confirmed
on a space available basis.
All participants will be required to sign a waiver of risk prior
to the shoot.
The maximum number of people allowed for a group is 40 shooters
in the morning and 40 in the afternoon. The minimum number of
shooters for exclusive use of the course is 20.
