Marriage License Requirements:
Proof of Age: Hawai'i State law requires applicant to be at least 18 years of age. Photo identification is required. Blood tests are not required by the State of Hawai'i.

Licensing Agents:
Our Wedding Coordinator will be glad to assist you in arranging an appointment in advance. We recommend appointment be scheduled prior to arrival.

Marriage License Fee: $60 (cash payment only)
Appointment Times Are: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please Note:
If this is not your first marriage, please note that the licensing application will ask you for the month, year and county information for your previous matrimony. No additional paperwork is required.
-Please visit http://www.hawaii.gov/doh/ to obtain a blank copy of your marriage license application.
-Filing out this application and submitting it to the licenser ahead of time should save you 15-30 minutes on the day of licensing. If you choose this option, the application must be mailed back or handed back to the licenser as The Department of Health will only accept applications in original handwriting.
-Couples 17 years of age or younger must call the Department of Health for further details on acquiring a marriage license.
-If Lana`i Wedding Services will be arranging your licensing appointments on Lana`i or Maui for you, they will set and confirm your licensing appointment and itinerary information.

Non-denominational Minister: $300

Specific denominations or Justice of the Peace may incur additional charge.
